Developing a strong foundation in martial arts is my main goal as I look to master the art of Traditional Kung Fu, specifically the Nan Quan style. In addition to my focus on Kung Fu, I have a keen interest in learning Capoeira. Since I reside in SBP Homes Sector 126, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, I find that online classes provide the most flexible way to manage my training schedule. My plan is to start these self defence classes immediately to stay consistent with my fitness journey. I am looking for an instructor who can guide me through these specific forms with patience and expertise.
