Developing a strong foundation in physical and mental well-being is my priority, which is why I am seeking a professional Yoga instructor for personal sessions. I live in Udit Nagar, Rourkela and require the classes to be conducted at my home. As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am interested in exploring various aspects of yoga, including stress relief, remedy for body pains, and general fitness. My goals also include weight loss, improving immunity, increasing energy levels, gaining better flexibility, and studying yoga philosophy and yoga sutra.
