Improving immunity is the main goal for enrolling him in Kriya Yoga sessions. Since we prefer online classes, we are seeking a qualified trainer who can provide professional guidance and help him work toward a certification as a yoga instructor. We plan to start these classes within a month and want to ensure the curriculum is suitable for his age group while being both engaging and structured.
