Being a male student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am searching for a dedicated instructor to guide me through these sessions. These will be conducted through online classes, as I am based in Avas Vikas Colony, Rishikesh. Since I have a specific goal in mind, receiving a certification of completion at the end of the course is a mandatory requirement for me. I am ready to start immediately to maintain consistency in my practice.
