As a female student within the 22 to 50 years age group, I am looking to improve my general fitness and increase my daily energy levels. I am also specifically interested in finding a remedy for body pains and would appreciate exploring Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies. I am not entirely sure about the specific style of yoga that would suit me best, so I am open to your expert guidance. I would like to start these classes immediately.
