Developing a strong foundation in Thai Yoga is the goal for my young son who is between 2 and 5 years old. He is interested in learning these techniques for general fitness through online classes. Since we are located in Aditya Nagar, Rajahmundry, remote sessions are the most convenient option for us to begin within a month. I am specifically looking for an instructor who can guide a young student in this style and eventually help me pursue the requirements for certification as a yoga instructor.
