Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to come to my home in the Kamal Vihar Road Raipur area. I am a female senior citizen, above 50 years old, hoping to start yoga immediately. My goals include stress relief, increasing my energy levels, improving my immunity, and finding a remedy for body pains through yoga. I'm not sure which Yoga Style is best for me.
