As a student aged between 5 and 13 years old, he is eager to explore Ashtanga Yoga to help with stress relief and overall well-being. We are specifically looking for online classes that can accommodate his schedule and provide a structured learning environment. Since he is based in Vidhan Sabha, Raipur, we prefer virtual sessions that offer the same quality as in-person training. It is important to us that the instructor provides a certification of completion once the course objectives are met.
