I am looking for a yoga tutor for home classes in Chinchwad, Pune. I am a male between 22 and 50 years old seeking instruction to help with stress relief, body pains, immunity, energy levels, flexibility, weight loss, and general fitness. While I am not sure which yoga style would best suit my needs, I am eager to start sessions immediately. I am flexible regarding the location and am willing to travel to my tutor for our lessons as needed.
