Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm eager to find a yoga instructor in Warje, Pune. I need someone who can conduct classes at my home or is willing to travel. My purpose for starting yoga is for better flexibility, to improve immunity, get increased energy, and for general fitness. I'm also hoping it will serve as a remedy for body pains and help with weight loss. I am a female student in the above 50 years age group and plan to start immediately.
