I'm a female student in the 22-50 age group living in Viman Nagar, Pune, and I'm looking for a yoga class focused on general fitness, improving immunity, and providing a remedy for body pains. I'm also hoping it will lead to increased energy, stress relief, and weight loss. I'm not sure about the preferred yoga style or when to start, so I'm just looking at options.
