Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to enhance my overall fitness and flexibility through yoga. I'm a male in the 22-50 years old age group, living in Gokul Nagar, Pune, and I'm looking for a yoga instructor who can provide classes at my home or whom I can travel to. My goals include general fitness, achieving better flexibility, and finding a remedy for body pains. I'm not entirely sure about a preferred yoga style. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
