Since I am located in Kothrud Pune, I am interested in finding an experienced yoga instructor who can conduct sessions either at my home or is willing to have me travel to a nearby studio. While I am not sure about the specific style of yoga required for this age group, the primary goal is effective weight loss through age-appropriate physical activity.
