Developing a strong foundation in physical health and coordination for my daughter is my top priority right now. She is between 2 and 5 years old and I am eager to introduce her to the basics of wellness. Since we are located in Koregaon Park Pune I would prefer an instructor who can conduct sessions at our home. While I am not sure which specific style of yoga is most suitable for this age group, the primary goal is general fitness and building healthy habits early on.
