As a male in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a dedicated yoga instructor to help me address body pains, improve general fitness, and work on better flexibility. Since I am based in Bopkhel, Pune, I am open to either having a trainer visit my home or traveling to a nearby location for sessions. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am looking for expert guidance to customize my practice effectively.
