To enhance my overall learning experience, I'm seeking a flexible yoga instructor in Wagholi, Pune. I am a female in the 22-50 years old age group. I'm open to online classes, or having the instructor come to my home, and I am also willing to travel. I'm interested in yoga for increased energy, to improve immunity, stress relief, and general fitness. I'm planning to start yoga classes within a month and am not sure about the preferred yoga style.
