Developing a strong foundation in physical health and fitness has become a priority for me as a young adult. I am specifically interested in learning Thai Yoga to assist with my weight loss goals. Being in the 14 to 21 years old age group, I am looking for a knowledgeable instructor to guide me through these sessions. I am based in Camp Pune and am comfortable with the tutor visiting my home, or I am equally willing to travel to a nearby location for classes. I have not decided on a firm start date yet as I am currently exploring different options and service providers.
