As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I am specifically interested in achieving stress relief, improving immunity, weight loss, increased energy, general fitness, and better flexibility through professional guidance. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions from a qualified teacher. I am very flexible regarding the setup and am willing to accommodate sessions at my home, travel to your studio, or participate in online classes depending on your preference.
