I am looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable yoga instructor to help me achieve my wellness goals through private sessions. I am eager to start immediately and am willing to travel to my home in Hadapsar, Pune for these classes. My primary objectives include weight loss, improving immunity, and increasing overall energy levels. I am also deeply interested in learning about Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies, alongside working on better flexibility and stress relief. As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I am also looking for a practitioner who can help provide a remedy for body pains and general fitness.
