I am a male student in the 14 to 21 age group living in Charholi Budruk Chovisawadi, Pune, and I am searching for an expert instructor to guide my practice. My primary goals include weight loss, building general fitness, and finding relief for body pains while also exploring Yoga Philosophy and the Yoga Sutras. I am interested in improving my immunity through consistent training and plan to start within a month.
