Balancing my daily responsibilities and health goals, I am looking for an Iyengar Yoga instructor in Kalyani Nagar Prathamesh Society, Pune. The classes should be at my home, but I am also willing to travel. I am above 50 years old and looking for yoga classes to help with weight loss, as a remedy for body pains, and to improve my immunity. I am a female and want to start immediately.
