Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is essential for my daughter who falls in the 5 to 13 years age group. She is enthusiastic about practicing Iyengar Yoga and Hatha Yoga to boost her immunity, gain better flexibility, and achieve increased energy levels throughout the day. We are based in Undri, Pune, and are open to both My Home sessions and online classes to facilitate her learning. Given that we aim to start these lessons immediately, I am keen to connect with an experienced instructor who understands how to teach yoga effectively to young children.
