Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to come to My Home in Ravet, Pune. I'm a female in the 22-50 years old age group and I'm not sure about the preferred style of yoga. My purpose for taking classes is for better flexibility, stress relief, improved immunity, general fitness, weight loss, increased energy, and remedy for body pains.
