To achieve this, I am searching for an experienced trainer in Shankar Kalate Nagar Wakad Pimpri-Chinchwad who can guide me through Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Bikram Yoga. As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am ready to start immediately. I am comfortable with both home sessions at my location or traveling to a nearby studio if necessary. Finding a mentor who understands these specific styles and can tailor the practice to boost my vitality is very important to me.
