I'm looking for an experienced Kriya Yoga instructor to help me with stress relief. I am a Male in the 22-50 years old age group, and would prefer Online (video chat via skype, google hangout etc) sessions. I am based in RGNUL Punjab Patiala, Patiala, and I am looking to begin Yoga Classes Immediately.
