Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to come to my home in Taloja, Panvel. I am a female student above 50 years old, and I'd like to start immediately. My goals are to achieve better flexibility, study Yoga Philosophy/Yoga Sutra, find a remedy for body pains, increase energy, improve immunity, enhance general fitness, and relieve stress.
