I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to help me improve my general fitness. Being above 50 years of age, I need a trainer who understands the specific needs of my age group and can guide me through a safe practice. I am not sure yet about the specific yoga style I want to follow, so I am open to your professional recommendations. I am based in Palaspe, Panvel and I am flexible with the learning mode as I am willing to travel, happy to do online classes, or even welcome you to my home.
