Online Bass Guitar Classes for Kids - Panipat

I'm looking for an enthusiastic tutor to provide online guitar classes. Since I'm planning to start guitar classes immediately, finding the right instructor is really important. My preferred genre of guitar is Bass, and I especially love Jazz & Blues. I'd prefer group classes via video chat (skype, google hangout etc). My expected outcome is formal training to earn certification for a particular music grade level. My age group is below 10 yrs, and I already have a Guitar.
