Balancing my daily responsibilities and health, I'm looking for a qualified Yoga instructor for my mother. She is above 50 years old and needs someone to conduct classes at My Home in Sector-21, Panchkula. Her purpose of joining Yoga classes is to Improve immunity, get a Remedy for Body pains, Stress Relief and achieve Better flexibility. She is particularly interested in Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga.
