As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, my primary goal is to practice Ashtanga Yoga to improve my overall immunity and physical well-being. Since I am based in Sector 2, Panchkula, I prefer to take these sessions through online classes to maintain consistency in my schedule. It is a mandatory requirement that the tutor provides a certification of completion upon finishing the course.
