I am a male student in the age group of 14 to 21 years old currently residing in Greater Noida west, Noida. My focus is to find an expert who can provide guidance in Yoga Meditation and Thai Yoga to help me as a remedy for body pains and stress relief while also supporting my need for increased energy levels. I prefer online classes to accommodate my schedule and am planning to start these sessions within a month.
