Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm keen to improve my overall well-being through yoga. I'm a female above 50 years old and looking for a yoga instructor in Sector 75, Noida. I'm not sure about the yoga style but mainly interested in stress relief, improving immunity, gaining increased energy, finding a remedy for body pains, weight loss, and achieving general fitness.
