Balancing my daily responsibilities and health is important, so I need a yoga instructor, preferably one who can teach at my home or is willing to travel. I am above 50 years old, and I’m looking for yoga classes to help with body pains. I'm a female living in Sector 36, Noida. I am not sure about the specific yoga style.
