Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to start yoga classes to improve my overall fitness and reduce stress. I am a male student in the 22-50 years age group and live in Greater Noida West, Noida. I am open to having the classes at my home or willing to travel. Ideally, I'd like to learn Bikram Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, or Kriya Yoga. My goal is general fitness, stress relief, and improving my immunity. I am planning to start within a month.
