I am a male student in the 22 to 50 years old age group and I am looking for professional guidance to help with weight loss, increased energy, better flexibility, and stress relief. My goals also include improving my immunity and finding effective remedies for body pains. I am flexible regarding the yoga style as I am not sure which would suit me best yet. I am based in Bisrakh, Noida, and I am willing to travel to your location or have you visit me for sessions.
