Since I am in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking someone who can curate a sustainable routine for my specific needs. I am not sure about the preferred yoga style yet, so I would appreciate a tutor who can guide me through different techniques during our sessions. Regarding the logistics, I am located in Sector 93A, Noida, and I am happy to mention that I am willing to travel or host the sessions at my home.
