I am a female student aged between 22 and 50 years old and I am searching for a skilled instructor to provide training in Power Yoga, Yoga Meditation, Raja Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. My primary goal for these sessions is stress relief, effective weight loss, and finding a remedy for body pains. I am based in Sector 45, Noida, and I am willing to travel to your location or have you come to my home.
