I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to conduct private sessions at my home in Sector 75, Noida. As a female student above 50 years, I am eager to start sessions immediately to focus on weight loss, relief for body pains, and better flexibility. My goal is also to improve my overall immunity, increase my daily energy levels, and find effective ways to manage stress. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style or mandatory certifications, I need someone who understands the physical needs of my age group.
