I am currently based in Madalakote, Nelamangala and I am interested in joining online classes to reach my fitness goals. Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I need a tutor who can design a program that is suitable for my specific needs. While I am not sure about the preferred yoga style yet, I am looking for expert guidance to help me shed weight and improve my overall health.
