Developing a strong foundation in physical health and fitness is my priority for my son, who is in the 5 to 13 years age group. We are currently based near Sarda Circle, Nashik, and are looking for professional online classes to guide him through Patanjali Yoga. The primary goal of these sessions is to support his weight loss journey in a healthy and guided manner. Since he is quite young, we require a trainer who is experienced in working with children. Additionally, it is important that the sessions lead to a certification of completion.
