I am looking for a professional and certified trainer to conduct Thai Yoga sessions for my son who is between 5 and 13 years old. My primary goal for these online classes is to help him achieve better flexibility and improve his overall physical well-being. Since I am located near Kumaon University Nainital, Nainital, I prefer to arrange these sessions as online classes to keep them convenient and accessible. It is important to me that the instructor is highly experienced and can provide a formal certification of completion once the course is finished.
