Balancing my daily responsibilities and health, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in Dixit Nagar, Nagpur. I am above 50 years old and need yoga for stress relief, to improve immunity, and for general fitness. I'm also looking for a remedy for body pains and an increase in energy levels.
