Developing a strong foundation in physical health and fitness is my priority for my 2 to 5 year old son. As we look into starting structured activity within a month, I am seeking a dedicated yoga instructor to help guide him. Although we are not yet sure about the specific style of yoga, the primary goal is weight loss and improving his overall physical wellbeing. I am flexible regarding the delivery method and am open to classes at my home in Mihan Rehabilitation Colony New Khapri Nagpur, or I am willing to travel to a nearby center. Online classes are also a viable option if the trainer can engage a toddler effectively.
