I am looking for a skilled and professional yoga instructor to help me achieve my goal of general fitness. As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I want to explore different yoga styles to improve my overall health and well-being. I am based in Manish Nagar, Nagpur and am flexible with the session format, as I am willing to travel or host the training at my home. I have not decided on a specific yoga style yet and would appreciate guidance from an experienced trainer. I am currently in the research phase and just want to look at options before I plan to start yoga classes.
