I am looking for a qualified and experienced yoga instructor to conduct Prenatal Yoga sessions for me. My primary goal is to focus on General Fitness and maintain overall wellness. As a Female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a professional who understands the specific needs of this practice. I prefer to learn at my home in Manav Seva Nagar, Nagpur, but I am also willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. I am planning to start these Yoga Classes immediately and would love to find someone who can guide me effectively.
