I am a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and I am currently residing in Kharbi, Nagpur. Since I am not sure about the specific yoga style that will suit me best, I am hoping to find a trainer who can guide me and design a program according to my needs. I am ready to start these yoga classes immediately. I am flexible regarding the location and am willing to travel to my home or a studio nearby to attend sessions.
