Developing a strong foundation in fitness and rhythm is my current focus as I begin my journey with Zumba. My home in Malabar Hill Mumbai serves as the preferred venue for these sessions. Given that I am above 25 yrs of age I am searching for a dedicated instructor who can guide me through effective dance routines tailored to my fitness level. My goal is to start these classes immediately to maintain consistency in my training schedule.
