Developing a strong foundation in fitness and rhythm through dance is my priority as I begin my journey with Zumba. Being based in Dadar West Mumbai, I am currently searching for an energetic instructor who can conduct sessions at my home. I am also happy to travel to a nearby studio if that is more convenient for the trainer. As I am above 25 yrs of age, I am looking for someone who can tailor the workouts to suit my pace and goals. My plan is to start these classes within a month, so I would love to hear from professionals who have experience with adult learners.
