We are seeking a dedicated instructor to conduct sessions at our home in Sector 10 Kharghar Mumbai to focus on general fitness, stress relief, and improved immunity. The goal is to help her increase energy levels and better her flexibility through consistent practice. Since she is not yet sure about a specific yoga style, we would appreciate a teacher who can guide her through the basics suitable for her age.
