Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm now focusing on my health and well-being and require a Yoga instructor in Powai Chandivali, Mumbai. I'm a female above 50 years old looking for classes at my home and am also willing to travel if required. My goals are to use yoga for remedy for body pains, weight loss, improve immunity, and achieve better flexibility. I'm not sure about the Preferred Yoga Style, so guidance would be appreciated.
